Associate Product Manager, Storage Management

Zalo is seeking an Associate Product Manager to lead the Product and Tech teams responsible for Storage Management features on Zalo Mobile app. This role requires a highly entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership, and a proven track record in building user-facing products at scale.
🤖 What you will do
- Define the product direction for Storage Management features on Zalo Mobile app;
- Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to bring features to life from concept to launch;
- Lead ideation and innovation processes to improve user experience and value delivery;
- Integrate user research, usability studies, and data insights into product decisions;
- Define and track success metrics to ensure continuous product improvement;
- Maximize team efficiency in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
👾 What you will need
- Proven experience leading a product team, ideally in consumer tech;
- Experience building and scaling user-facing products for a large user base;
- Familiarity with feature management and end-to-end product lifecycle;
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative, user-first mindset;
- Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies;
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines, including design, engineering, and product management;
- Excellent communication skills and a logical, structured thinking approach.
