(Associate) Product Manager, Báo Mới

The (Associate) Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, and content teams to develop and enhance Báo Mới, a leading news aggregation platform. We are looking for a product-minded individual with a strong understanding of the press and digital content landscape to deliver engaging user experiences, drive product growth, and ensure relevant, high-quality news content reaches the right audiences
🤖 What you will do
- Lead the ideation and launch of user-centric and impactful products;
- Drive product development with a team of engineers, designers, and content teams;
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction;
- Understand press content, news publishing workflows, and user news consumption behaviors to improve content discovery and distribution;
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products;
- Understand Báo Mới's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry;
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
👾 What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of experience in Product Management, Business, or relevant roles in the IT industry with proven track record of overseeing all aspects of the product development lifecycle;
- Demonstrated ability to achieve business KPIs with strong business acumen and product mindset;
- Ability to plan and execute research in collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, content, and product management;
- Passion for the digital media and news industry;
- Knowledge of the press and content industry is preferred;
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams, influence key stakeholders, and manage complex trade-offs to deliver high-impact initiatives end-to-end;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills;
- Proficient in logical thinking and adept at problem-solving.
