Associate Product Growth Manager, ZVAS
Beyond being a familiar messaging app with a vibrant ecosystem, Zalo harbors a deeper mission in upcoming years, to tailor more advanced and premium solutions that integrate into the lives of individual users with different unique needs.
As a Associate Product Growth Manager (ZVAS), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of such growth solutions development of zBusiness. You will be responsible for revenue generated from the new monetization product lineup and driving user adoption & engagement, ensuring that Zalo continues to thrive and provide higher value to its unique users and partners.
🤖 What you will do
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify monetization opportunities;
- Define monetization strategy including targeted segment, selling point, pricing & packaging;
- Propose growth ideas, include new sub acquisition and retention. Convince stakeholder with statistical data and revenue impact;
- Lead communication strategy to build up user’s perceived value, raise awareness and sharpen activation flow;
- Define growth solution, including implement direction, UX/UI, and layouts with a user-centric mindset. Able to compose & review product requirement docs (PRD) of team member;
- Project management: coordinate with other teams (product, designer, tech developer, QC) to ensure the correctness of the features and manage project timeline;
- Implement different tests & experimentations to validate hypotheses;
- Track and analyze monetization performance, and make decisions for optimization.
👾 What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4-5 years of working experience as Product Growth, User Growth or Monetization, Product Marketing or relevant roles in IT industry;
- Track & evaluate record of successfully launching, monetization status is highly preferred;
- Good at user insight, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, growth operation & product skillset. Strong data-sense, critical thinking and practical mindset;
- Ability to work independently, good at managing team member and multiple priorities;
- Able to use mockup software (i.e. Figma, Miro) to design UX/UI, layout, and navigation flows;
- A mobile app geek: familiar with well-designed mobile apps, especially Messaging apps;
- Product Marketing skill & SQL are plus.
