As an Admin Collaborator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our executive spaces. You’ll also assist in ensuring the overall office environment runs smoothly and is well-maintained.
🤖 What you will do
- Handle daily executive support tasks such as coordinating essential items fsửa lạior the company leadership;
- Support the general upkeep of office facilities: coordinate repairs, monitor supplies, and propose improvements when needed;
- Manage room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are always prepared;
- Collaborate with the Admin Team on other day-to-day administrative tasks.
👾 What you will need
- Experience working as an assistant, administrative assistant, or office support worker is preferred;
- Excellent time-management and organizing abilities with a strong focus on details;
- The capacity to efficiently prioritize, multitask, and function autonomously in a hectic setting;
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, customer-focused and polished manner;
- Proactive, dependable, and adaptable in recognizing and resolving issues.
