As a Product Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise content that supports our products and enhances the overall user experience. You will collaborate with our design, development, and customer support teams to ensure that content is integrated into the overall product experience.
What you will do
- Write and edit clear, concise, and helpful content for various digital products, including websites, mobile/web/desktop apps, and help center articles;
- Collaborate with design, development, and customer support teams to ensure that content is integrated into the overall product experience;
- Develop and maintain a consistent writing standard using our Content Guidelines;
- Analyze user feedback to inform content strategy and improve the overall product experience.
What you will need
- Strong writing skills and ability to create user-centered content. We’d be delighted to have a look at some of your best product writing samples;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze user data to inform content decisions;
- Proficiency with Figma;
- Familiarity with Wordpress and SEO principles is a plus.
