Senior User Acquisition Executive, Zalo

What you will do

Strategic Planning & Research (15%):

  • Plan optimization direction for acquiring new install apps and coordinate paid ads channels (Google/Facebook/Apple/TikTok ads/etc) as well as general product issues such as app ranking or download to achieve KPIs;
  • Update regularly SWOT analysis of the products in charge;

Campaign Management (25%)

  • Execute & monitor the actual campaign with the set KPIs of Paid ads;
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaign ads daily to promptly adjust bidding, budget, targeting when necessary;
  • Forecasting when ads are subject to competition causing high bidding prices, thereby discussing and proposing appropriate solutions;
  • Monitor market information to optimize advertising campaign effectiveness;
  • Update information on changes in advertising algorithms, tracking mechanisms of tools, or other related industry knowledge;

Data Analytics (25%):

  • Select and set up metrics for analysis to optimize, solve the problems being faced by Paid ads channel;
  • Follow new trends and user insights to help Creatives team optimize content marketing better;

Reporting (25%):

  • Make reports on advertising campaign effectiveness of Paid ads channels (weekly);
  • Make general report of Distribution team (weekly/monthly/quarterly);
  • Make cost report of Distribution team's channels (monthly)

Other tasks (10%): as assigned from Line Manager or collaborate with internal/external partners.

What you will need

  • Technical Know-how (Tracking mechanism of each tool that the team is using (eg Facebook/Google/Apple/TikTok ads; AppsFlyer, etc) and have an interest in technical knowledge/ product;
  • Open-minded, detail-oriented, data driven and logical thinking;
  • Work well independently and in a team;
  • Responsible, proactive and can do attitude;
  • Good ability to work well under pressure and express ideas;
  • Having experience in marketing campaign promotion or app marketing is a plus;
  • Proficient at Microsoft Offices (Powerpoint, Excel);
  • Having a valid Google/Facebook Digital Marketing Certification is an advantage;
  • SWOT Analytics skill is an advantage.
