Product R&D is responsible for innovation project management, conduct or monitor research to gain understanding deeply the market & competitor status, thereby develop and initiate new competitive Advertising Product. With strong business-mindset, this role in charge the management of all lifecycle stages from leading ideation, development, packaging for sale and effectiveness report.
What you will do
New product research and development (60%)
- Proactively gain understandings of Adtima’s ecosystem (i.e. Zalo, Zing MP3, Zing TV, Zing News, and Báo Mới) and its services;
- Manage and implement research activities of new trend and movement of the market as well as Adtima’s competitors;
- Coordinate with Product Team to develop prototypes for range of products;
- Coordinate with business team (Sales, Planner,..) to package the product with competitive ratecard and make it more attractive to clients;
- Understand and have up-to-date overview information of the digital advertising market and Adtima’s resources to spot opportunities for new ads products/solutions.
Product management and optimization (40%)
- Manage timeline and progress of new and current products, make sure it’s on track and follow to specs;
- Keep track revenue & performance report of new products weekly;
- Other challenges from Top Management.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related areas; or have prior relevant work experience in a related field;
- At least 1 year of experience in Digital Advertising and 2 years in relevant role of Product/Digital Projects/IT Solutions management and optimization;
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and excellent product-mindset;
- Be a digital innovator and challenge seeker;
- Excellent communication skill in both Vietnamese and English;
- Demonstrate strong management skills, especially in task allocation and project keep-track.
