(Senior) Product Operations Executive, Zalo Game Center

What you will do

  • Support in researching and analyzing behaviors, culture, etc. in order to choose suitable game for local market;
  • Involve in localizing and testing game, developing game features, promotions, events to ensure suitability with Indonesian market;
  • Follow up game versions and fix issues if any to ensure product quality;
  • Provide customer service to users - Analyze data and prepare report to understand game status and identify problems that need to be focused on.

What you will need

  • At least 2 years experience operating mobile games at the company with Game publishing;
  • Have passion in gaming, play different game genres, good sense of game (mobile game, social game);
  • Proficient in using statistical and reporting tools such as Google analytics, Excel, and Powerpoint with knowledge of basic statistical indicators in the internet field such as: Web traffic, users, sessions, bounce rate, time on site, Impression, click, CTR, conversion rate etc. is an advantage;
  • Good at data analysis, logical thinking, and presentation skill;
  • Be able to work well in a team;
  • English fluency is preferred;
  • Have experience in operating mobile game is a plus
