What you will do
- Identify the right metrics to measure platform operation effectiveness, develop dashboards to monitor platform’s performance;
- Use statistic model & technique to segment customers, define customer traits & funnel, analyze user behavior and propose rules & mechanism to maximize value from customers;
- Using data to identify need and evaluate demand for new products and features. Follow up with Research & Product Development team to oversee new products from concept development to post-launch evaluation.
What you will need
- Prefer education in business analytics, economics, quantitative finance;
- 3+ years of professional work experience, preferably in product operations or data analyst;
- Experienced in database tools;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
