(Senior) Planning Manager, Adtima

What you will do

  • Become an expert in Adtima ecosystem’s solutions (including Zalo, Zing MP3, Zing News, Baomoi, etc.) for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs;
  • Have the understanding and responsibility to lead businesses in specific verticals independently, provide fit-for-platform & feasible solutions that address vertical’s demands;
  • Ensure our planning is strategically led, considering consumer insight, business insight and coming up with result-oriented ideas to deliver value for our clients;
  • Develop and implement programs (product update, workshop, etc.) to improve Brand’s and agencies’ experience on Adtima ecosystem;
  • Proactively identify opportunities and work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive revenue by improving ad products, customizing solutions to win occasions or seasonal peaks;
  • Brainstorming with internal teams to garner the most creative and strategic plans in media & beyond, focusing on platforms’ advantages;
  • Be creative and active to use Adtima data labs and tools as well as other data sources for sharp platform recommendations;
  • Working with Campaign Management team for post-campaign review and showcase vertical’s case studies;

What you will need

  • At least 3 years of related experience at strategic planning role in digital marketing;
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising solutions and up-to-date digital market trends;
  • Have disruptive mindset and be a challenges seeker;
  • Be comfortable taking action on follow-ups by doing the nuts and bolts work yourself;
  • Be sharp and self-motivated to ensure qualified deliverables at effective time;
  • Have tendency and flexibility at work/process optimization for result-orientation;
  • Hand on experience in digital/media/social planning;
  • Demonstrate strategic & critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-team settings;
  • Fluently in English.
