The Programmatic Operation Executive will be responsible for planning, setup and analysis targeted campaign in according to objective of clients. This person will be using the programmatic trading platforms, working with the Ad Product team and Operation team on how best to execute to achieve KPI goals and deliver completely.
What you will do
- Setup and launch each campaign on DSP & SSP platforms owned with the technical understanding of programmatic buying, audience buying;
- Monitor and manage campaign performance, develop the most efficient strategies and ensure that delivery is on track;
- Review for advice and conduct necessary communication for negotiating about terms with demand partners;
- Deliver analysis and recommendations on inventory allocation, pricing and system improvements to obtain the best rate in each media ad spaces;
- Develop and maintain the analysis report eligible for monthly, weekly optimization: issues, ad traffic, bid CPM;…
- Keep yourself updated with industry research figures & trends.
What you will need
- Good command of English;
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel;
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in online publishers or media agencies is a plus;
- Strong negotiation and project management skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating the ability to multi-task and keep plan on-track;
- Detail-oriented, well-organized.
