Product Specialist, Zalo OA

What you will do

  • B2B2C products are oriented toward Communication, Interaction & Management;
  • Monitor, manage, and develop the product in charge;
  • Working closely with the Tech Team, BD Team, and Operations Team to meet the appropriate needs and create a good experience on the product;
  • Proposing the medium-term plan (Roadmap & Plan) and implementing the plan;
  • Product-specific implementation, including but not limited to stages: ideation, user-journey build, data proof, specification, wireframe design, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, UAT, result measurement, testing & error handling;
  • Build a set of tracking indicators to evaluate the quality of products in charge;
  • Analysis of product indexes. Collect and understand competitors', and users' feedback from there to suggest improvements / new additions that are reasonable and valuable.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields, Information technology, information systems, FTU, and Business Development / Marketing (with strong technical knowledge) is a plus;
  • At least 2 years of experience;
  • Related job background: Product development, Technical, Business Analysis, (Technical) Business Development;
  • Having technical skills. Experience/knowledge in UI/UX, and having knowledge in the field of Content/Marketing or Customer Care system are plus points;
  • Critical and innovative thinking;
  • Data mindset, ability to process, synthesize, and analyze product data;
  • Know how to use SQL and one of the visualization tools (Excel/PowerBI/Qlik/Metabase...);
  • Good communication, presentation, and persuasion skills;
  • Familiar with work management tools (Jira/Confluence,...), wireframe/design tools;
  • Ability to read and understand English documents.
