We’re looking for a Product Operations Specialist who will be centered on helping people within our product team and relevant cross-functional stakeholders to be more effective at the delivery of products that matter to the business.
What you will do
- Provide internal and external client supports for Ad Platforms systems and technical tools;
- Monitor, analyze data on revenue, performance and system operations to investigate issues and help product management make better-informed decisions;
- Provide resolutions for technical and functional issues on the system;
- Manage support escalations by providing data and analysis to Operations, Engineering and Product teams;
- Elicit feedback cross-functionally from Engineering, Product, Marketing and Data teams on technical requirements for issue resolutions.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Statistics, Economics Statistics or any related fields;
- 3+ years of professional working experience, preferably in product operations/business intelligence/data analytics/product development;
- Possess very good logical thinking and product mindset;
- Strong operational background and a track record of making data-driven decisions;
- Proficient in productivity application such as: Microsoft Office, Project or Basecamp and Business Intelligence (BI) software to colllect and analyze data: Tableau, Qlik,…;
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
