Track traffic metrics and game operations by day/month/quarter/year, build and operate tracking forms, generate reports to track and analyze relevant data to give insights and actions to optimize operations, game marketing;
Research, monitor ingame activities, analyze to capture insights and come up with appropriate methods to reach the target players of each game;
Directly participate in the process of setting up, adjusting and operating recall tools, taking care of players;
Develop a game operation plan and appropriate marketing content for each game, monthly/quarterly/yearly;
Build briefs and coordinate with related teams in the production of marketing materials and exploit existing marketing channels to implement marketing activities and plans;
Guide and support CS in customer care, consulting and answering questions;
Assist in creating requirement docs and market research when required.
What you will need
Logical thinking, observational, judgmental, sensitive to data. Know how to use Excel, Power Point tools to calculate and present data;
