People Operations Intern, Zalo

Zalo is seeking for People Operations Collaborator, who is a bright, enthusiastic problem solver to work with us in a fast paced, build and grow environment.

You will be responsible for executing day-to-day HR & operational tasks that support our team in the creation and delivery of an exceptional employee experience.

What you will do

  • Support the administrative implementation of onboarding and off-boarding process
  • Manage and ensure employee data is up-to-date
  • Be contact point for all interns/collaborator at working location
  • Coordinate with C&B for the monthly payroll for intern/collaborator
  • Respond to the employees' queries related to HR affairs
  • Administrative support in team and ad-hoc task required
  • Involve in recruitment process, training programs and employee engagement activities
  • Other ad-hoc assigned tasks related to People Development at Zalo.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, HR or Economics
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • Good abilities to build relationships, trust and employee engagement
  • Must be well organized, detailed oriented, and possess good follow-up skills
