Organization Development Collaborator, Zalo

What you will do

• Creating organisational development courses and leading on culture-change programmes;
• Design and implement a variety of development initiatives, action plans, programs and training materials;
• Implementation of organizational processes and corporate strategy;
• Continuously develop new content and improvement to the on-boarding programs and events based on business needs;
• Collaborate with HR and related teams to set strategy, manage change, improve processes, and re-align/ transform culture where relevant.

What you will need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
• A minimum of 6 months experience as an organizational development in a related industry;
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, time management, work well under high pressure; 
• Available for full-time work.
