HR Analyst, Zalo

What you will do

  • Writing and maintaining a variety of reports or queries in relation to human resource activities, including employment, compensations, and benefits, staff costs, turnover and absenteeism for all existing departments in Zalo;
  • Performing routine reporting and data management tasks essential to accurate reporting and analysis;
  • Reporting trends and/or HR operation issues and recommending solutions;
  • Be in charge of tool operations;
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or any related field;
  • 1 year of experience working in data reporting, HR data-related experience is highly preferable;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong numerical ability;
  • Ability to work independently, organise and prioritise work effectively.
