Head Of Sales, Adtima

What you will do

• Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals;
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
• Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors;
• Direct the Account/ Sales teams in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth;
• Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets;
• Promote positive relationships with key clients to understand and support their needs, in order to close deal;
• Identify and solve client issues strategically to maintain loyalty;
• Influence senior stakeholders within clients' organizations and premier buyers in the industry;
• Identify opportunities to up-see and cross-sell;
• Prepare and present reports on KPIs.

What you will need

• At least 10-year work experience in a relevant role such as Account, Business Development, ect, with 5+ years at management level;
• Experience in leading Advertising or Technology Products or Media companies is a plus;
• Proven people management and leadership skills;
• Excellent communication skills to inspire senior/ C-level stakeholders, team members and represent the brand;
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions;
• Solid problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work under high-pressure, attention to details, and ability to multitask;
• Up to speed with current sales & marketing techniques and best practices;
• Professional English for Business.
