Get to know the Role
We are looking for an experienced Growth Specialist, who will be responsible for user growth for Zalo Home & Car. Your role is to help the product team go from great products to great products with great distribution and strong user habits by delivering effective and systematic marketing & growth initiatives. You will be responsible for both user acquisition and user retention: Acquisition help expand product distribution and retention helps reinforce user habits. Your job will involve a lot of analysis and user research to understand user behaviors. You will work with product owners, engineers, data analysts with your strategic initiatives to acquire more users for Zalo Home & Car as well as improve user engagement for sustainable growth.

What you will do

  • Take responsibility for user growth of Zalo Home & Car;
  • Design systematic marketing & growth strategy that will drive both acquisition and retention for Zalo Home & Car;
  • Plan, execute and analyze campaigns or initiatives to boost users acquisition, users engagement and intensity use;
  • Analyze product and market trends to identify opportunities to bring Zalo Home & Car to more Vietnamese people;
  • Perform data monitoring and analysis daily/weekly and provide recommendations based on finding insights.

What you will need

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics/ Marketing/ Project Management with strong business acumen;
  • Strong understanding of user-centricity concepts;
  • Ability to analyze data and write comprehensive reports;
  • A creative problem solver. Ability to solve problems or identify opportunities when conventional thinking has failed;
  • Ability to deliver on timelines and move quickly with stakeholders to execute on decisions while maintaining attention to detail;
  • Familiar with growth funnel or AARRR framework;
  • Experience in a marketplace, fintech, ride hailing, food delivery or other technology companies is preferred.
