Digital Trading Lead, Adtima

This role is a part of Adtima – The Premium Publisher that owning the leading mobile platform ecosystem including Zalo, Zing MP3, Zing TV, Zing.vn, Báo Mới. Trading Lead will be responsible for the digital trading activities of Adtima with media and booking agencies, sales policies standardization and trading strategies to maximize Adtima’s revenue.

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize sales policies in order to maximize total Adtima’s inventories values;
  • Package different premium inventories and programmatic deals;
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of current and prospected deals with media and booking agencies;
  • To assist with troubleshooting and negotiation support as and when is needed with clients and internal teams to ensure the continued success and excellence during the implementation;
  • Identify and acquire new revenue partners and potential pools (e.g. Inbound inventories, direct deal with regional agencies, etc.);
  • To also support the Business Head in managing the digital trading product for key current clients (e.g. KPI delivery), winning new digital trading business, troubleshooting vs client issues, etc.;
  • An active role in the training of staff through our current policies and process;
  • Optimize both Supply and Demand inventories of Adtima;
  • Other miscellaneous related duties as required.

What you will need

  • A trading or “deal-making” personality, who enjoys the excitement of negotiations;
  • A practical, “hands-on” approach, and excellent local media owner connections;
  • A sensitive, careful approach is needed to obtain the best results from our partners (as well as our clients and staff);
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the digital arena ideally at relevant role such as Digital Media Trading/ Media Sales/ Buying at digital agency/ Publisher/ Ad Network;
  • Energy and enthusiasm to relentlessly drive change across the business and help our staff embrace this new initiative and the change in behaviour that is needed;
  • A deep understanding of digital media planning and buying and familiarity with all aspects of digital media including display, Search, Social, Mobile, Video etc.;
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese is essential.
