Customer Service Collaborator, Zalo Cloud (Part-time)
What you will do
Implement required administrative processes and paperworks such as: preparing a contract, signing a contract, payment;
Support the delivery of high-quality customer services and smooth operations to clients;
Proactively coordinating with relevant teams (Tech, Finance , Legal, …) to ensure the overall progress of the projects and provide effective report to all partners and in-house department;
Implement other tasks per required by line manager.
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business;
Active, responsible, and detail-oriented;
Proficient in MS Excel;
Demonstration of excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
Strong problem-solving skills, team work skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
