Customer Service Collaborator, Zalo Cloud (Part-time)

What you will do

  • Implement required administrative processes and paperworks such as: preparing a contract, signing a contract, payment;
  • Support the delivery of high-quality customer services and smooth operations to clients;
  • Proactively coordinating with relevant teams (Tech, Finance , Legal, …) to ensure the overall progress of the projects and provide effective report to all partners and in-house department;
  • Implement other tasks per required by line manager.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business;
  • Active, responsible, and detail-oriented;
  • Proficient in MS Excel;
  • Demonstration of excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, team work skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
