🤖 What you will do
- Day-on-day Moderation: Perform daily review and moderation of content across various formats to ensure all user-generated content follows community standards and safety policies
- Operational Quality: Maintain high accuracy and speed in moderation tasks, ensuring consistent quality and meeting established performance targets (SLAs)
- Analysis & Improvement: Evaluate and synthesize violation trends, moderation errors, and system limitations to propose improvements for guidelines, workflows, and moderation tools
- Training & Updates: Conduct training sessions for new moderators and provide timely updates to the team whenever there are changes in regulations or safety policies.
👾 What you will need
- At least 1 years of experience in content moderation, community safety, or operational support
- Comfortable with the day-on-day nature of moderation work, maintaining focus and consistency in a high-volume environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex rules clearly and fluently to others
- Analytical mindset to identify content trends and provide constructive feedback for process optimization
- Resilient and capable of handling sensitive content or incidents while following strict protocols
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning new safety standards.
