What you will do

  • Implement required administrative processes and procedures such as: preparing a contract, signing a contract, proposing payment;
  • Give feedback and guide partners and/or internal stakeholders about service and process of signing contract;
  • Check data and update data to the system;
  • Proactively coordinating with relevant teams (Tech, Finance , Legal,…) to ensure the overall progress of the projects and provide effective report to all partners and in-house department;
  • Perform data analysis and reports on performance efficiency and suggest solutions to problems if any;
  • Implement other tasks per required by line manager.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business;
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales admin/ sales support;
  • Detail oriented, proactive;
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel;
  • Demonstration of excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • Professional English for work;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, team work skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
