Reporting directly to Founder of Zalo New Business ,this role is designed to lead teams of SMS & Audio Call product of Zalo OA to drive value creation from a wide range of technical solution portfolios of the company.
What you will do
- Lead the Project sale team to provide technical for Clients;
- Direct and work with Product/technical Team as appropriate in winning significant sales opportunities for B2B;
- Align with Product Solution, Technical & operation team, aiming to achieve value-based sales perfectly;
- Provide tech consulting, solutions, system integration, and/or delivering complex tech initiatives for large business accounts, in either technology firms or traditional industries;
- Drive highest customer satisfaction in service delivery by effectively coordinating /leveraging cross-functional teams like business solution, tech team & other teams related Zalo Official Account (OA) project;
- Implement and monitor key service delivery metrics to promote customer satisfaction throughout delivery cycle;
- Serve as a coach and mentor to the Zalo OA, cross hiring & training team.
What you will need
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Engineering or business relevant;
- 3+ years of experience in in Business Solution Consultant or Project Sale or IT Consultant relevant;
- 2+ years of experience working in tech, IT consulting;
- 1+ years of people management experience;
- Results-driven and committed to outcomes rather than output;
- Team-focused, with the ability to gain the personal support of others;
- Disciplined, organized and methodical in approach to challenges and opportunities;
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects across multiple organizations.
