Fiza - Zalo's fintech project, specializes in providing technical solutions for Banks and Financial Institutions, helping them apply the latest technology such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing Cloud Services, Data Processing.
What you will do
- Sourcing and cultivating relationships with banks and other financial institutions to explore business opportunities with Fiza;
- Sculpting proposal documents, giving presentations and consistently following up with partners to close deal;
- Managing growth of relationships once implemented;
- Collaborating with internal business, technology & operations teams and external partners to design and maintain end-to-end processes and systems;
- Communicating and negotiating with clients at varying levels of authority to address potential risks and effectively solve any problems arising;
- Working with the internal team to ensure partnerships/ projects are properly implemented and executed.
What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance/ Banking or related fields;
- At least 3 years of experience in partnership management role in Finance and Banking industry. B2B sales/ account management experienced candidate who serves Finance and Banking clients might also be a good fit;
- Ability to manage projects and work effectively across internal and external stakeholders;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Good command of English is highly preferred;
- Dynamic, professional, independent with pro-active mind-set;
- Keen on innovation.
