Associate PR Manager, Zalo

We are looking for a competent Associate Public Relations Manager (Associate PR Manager) to lead our public relation professionals to our dream team and take on full responsibility for the strategy, collaboration, execution and measurement of PR & Media Relations Campaigns, with the goal of building and enhancing a favourable image of our company with employees, potential candidates, clients, potential customers, influencers and the public.

What you will do

PR activities management:

  • Plan, implement and manage public relations programs;
  • Plan and budget for PR events, programs and initiatives;
  • Help in designing and reviewing a variety of promotional and marketing materials;
  • Design and review the online content in media announcements and media kits;
  • Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it complies with the company brand;
  • Check and manage content produced for website and social media channels;
  • Develop and implement PR policies and procedures;
  • Determine KPIs for PR department;
  • Measure and provide reports on each PR campaign;
  • Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as local government, media people, politicians, etc.;
  • Produce content for various speeches, events, hearings...;
  • Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed.

People Management:

  • Involve in recruiting, training and coaching new members of the public relations team;
  • Manage performance and development of team members.

What you will need

  • At least 5 years of working experience in Public Relations field and 2-3 years in equivalent roles;
  • BSc/BA in PR, communications, journalism or similar relevant field;
  • A proven track record of successful PR campaigns;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills;
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
  • Aptitude in presentation and public speaking;
  • Attention to detail.

Senior Partnership Specialist, Fiza

Fiza - Zalo's fintech project, specializes in providing technical solutions for Banks and Financial Institutions, helping them apply the latest technology such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing Cloud Services, and Data Processing.

What you will do

  • Primary duty is to independently manage the relationship(s) with our key Lending Partners (Banks, Financial Institutions, Securities, Insurances, Fintechs) to generate revenue and deliver operational support. Constantly strive to widen and deepen the relationship with the partner;
  • Making Sales and Revenue Plan, try to maximize revenue from existing partners and also getting new Partners on board;
  • To be the one-point contact for all client service-related issues and shall liaise with other people concerned, working with internal team and partner to sort out any operational obstacles;
  • Handle Implement processes and technologies developed together with partners; Collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions to meet specific customer needs, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities;
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance/ Banking or related fields;
  • At least 3 years of experience in partnership management roles in Finance and Banking industry. B2B Sales/Account management candidate who serves Finance and Banking clients might also be a good fit;
  • Ability to manage projects and work effectively across internal and external stakeholders;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good command of English is highly preferred;
  • Dynamic, professional, and independent with a proactive mindset;
