Your path to Zalo Tech Fresher Program 2022
Frequently asked questions
What Fresher will gain through this training program?
ZA Tech Fresher 2022 is a 3-month training program organized by Zalo for tech-background students who are at last-year or fresh graduated with less than 1-year of working experience.
The training process has 2 phases:
- Introduction (2 weeks): Freshers will be facilitated of training sessions about Soft Skills and Technical Base Knowledge
- Project Mentoring (10 weeks): Freshers will be assigned to the team and work under the supervision of outstanding mentors. Therefore, fresher will learn and develop specific technical skills through hands-on experience.
Are Freshers able to choose the working position?
It depends on the preferences in the application and the skills/experiences showing in the interview round.
What will happen at the end of the program
After graduation, participants will get a chance to be an official employee at Zalo to pursue the dream of technology with well-paid offer package.
