What you will do

  • Work with cross-funtional team to identify, implement and roll out product growth initiatives;
  • Develop the strategies and tactics to capture the value of opportunities to accelerate customer acquisition, grow engagement, and increase usage frequency;
  • Build products which focus on acquisition, retention, and reengagement of users;
  • Develop and execute A/B Tests to further accelerate the growth of daily user interactions;
  • Use data to inform decisions around user growth;
  • Track funnel metrics to improve product improvement;
  • Drive innovation, definition, roadmap and design of entirely new experiences across the product.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field;
  • 4+ years of experience in product management or product marketing;
  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience in model building, testing and validation;
  • Strong data-driven and have keen eye of user insights/ user experience;
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team;
  • Ability to dive deep in understanding the product, business, and the competitive landscape;
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
