Senior Product Specialist, DXL (Health-Tech)

We are looking for a high-functioning Product Owner with a can-do spirit to develop a health-tech product from ideation to sunset. As the Product Owner for Health-Tech, you will have the opportunity to drive the development and execution of this product and play a key role in optimizing conversion rates for healthcare products with a superb filter based on machine learning/artificial intelligence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing and dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on prediction-driven customer acquisition solutions through Zalo portal.

What you will do

  • Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, and beyond;
  • Define product strategy and vision, and communicate this to all stakeholders;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure that our product remains competitive;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional squads, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that the product is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams;
  • Prioritize product features and development initiatives based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals;
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the user experience.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or other related fields with excellent academic performance; 
  • Analytical mindset to break down complex problems, with a strong will to get things done and deliver results;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, as is the ability to work effectively with multiple internal teams and external organizations;
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful products; Effective project management skills to drive product development and launches is preferred;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with the ability to thrive under pressure.

What you will do

  • Participates in design, development, implementation of Zalo Chat functions;
  • Develop & maintain high-traffic, low-latency applications, delivering high-availability and performance;

  • At least 4 years of experience in any programming language, especially in Java (Java core/ Java 11/ Java 17, etc), Golang, C++;
  • Excellent in back-end practices (Micro Services, Caching, Load Balancing, Message Queue, High Performance);
  • Good at Linux operating system, network protocols;
  • Experienced in using GIT, CI/CD;
  • Experienced in NoSQL;
  • Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms, OOP programming.
