What you will do
Product
- High-level thinking, defining the strategy, conducting research, proposing initiative ideas, and driving end-to-end execution with stakeholders;
- Analyze data to identify and forecast user needs based on market trends;
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements;
- Compose requirement specifications for each feature;
- Perform user acceptance tests before releasing each build;
- Make sure the timeline and process are on track and follow specs;
- Follow up and brief the tech team for all requirements to be delivered on track;
- Keep track of revenue & performance reports of new products weekly;
Insight driven
- Identify opportunities for improvements through data analysis, and champion the usage of data to derive commercial insights and drive action across the business;
- Work closely with a variety of stakeholders across the company, understanding the key areas where Fiza can make a difference;
- Create analytical solutions, extract insights and propose actions based on solid data analysis and modelling;
- Devise methodologies that will allow us to evaluate the impact of projects on the different business KPIs;
Teamwork

- Ensure that all members understand the team's objectives and work together to achieve them;

What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance/ Banking or related fields;
- At least 5 years of experience in the relevant role of Product Management in Finance and Banking industry;
- Have experience in leading a team (at least 8–10 members);
- Ability to manage projects and work effectively across internal and external stakeholders;
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
- Dynamic, professional, and independent with a proactive mindset;
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and an excellent product mindset;
- Be a digital innovator and challenge seeker;
- Highly resourceful, and adept at using data and anecdotal evidence to drive innovation;
