Product Specialist, DXL

We are looking for a high functioning Product Owner with can-do spirit to develop a HRtech product from ideation to sunset. As the Product Owner for DXL, you will have the opportunity to drive the development and execution of this product, and play a key role in optimizing conversion rate with a superb filter based on machine learning/artificial intelligence. What you will do

  • Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, and beyond;
  • Define product strategy and vision, and communicate this to all stakeholders;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure that our product remains competitive;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional squads, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that the product is delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams;
  • Prioritize product features and development initiatives based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals;
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the user experience.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or other related fields with excellent academic performance; 
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful products; Effective project management skills to drive product development and launches is preferred;
  • Analytical mindset to break down complex problems, with a strong will to get things done and deliver results;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple internal teams and external organizations;
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with the ability to thrive under pressure.

We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the marketing efforts for Zalo Mini App. In this role, you will be responsible for researching market trends, developing industry-specific solutions, and crafting compelling messaging to effectively position our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define marketing strategies, execute campaigns, and monitor performance metrics for optimization.

What you will do

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs for Zalo Mini App;
  • Develop clear and persuasive messaging, including value proposition, key benefits, and unique selling points for the product;
  • Define marketing segments, distribution channels, and promotional tactics to reach target audiences effectively;
  • Implement marketing campaigns, with a focus on inbound activities, to generate leads and drive customer engagement;
  • Build inbound funnels and establish measurement metrics to track the performance of marketing initiatives;
  • Create educational materials such as user guides and webinars to support customer understanding and adoption of the product;
  • Monitor market adoption metrics and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies and product development efforts.

What you will need

  • Proven experience in product marketing or related roles, preferably in the tech industry and B2B;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging for different audiences;

  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms;
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment;
