Data Product Specialist, Adtima

Adtima is currently the credible partner in Marketing services that providing the effective solutions across the ecosystem includes Zalo (#1 Messaging app), ZNews (#1 Online News Platform), Bao Moi (#1 News Aggregator) and Zing MP3 (#1 Online Music Platform). Empowered by data gained from channels in the Ecosystem, Adtima tells a story of a market insider and a thought leader who understand local consumer behaviors deeply and leverages these knowledge to help client push their brands and growth.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities. Translate these insights into a clear vision and roadmap for data-driven products;
  • Prioritize and manage the development of data products. Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and designers to bring your vision to life, ensuring efficiency, alignment with user needs, and actionable insights;
  • Drive excitement and understanding of data products across the organization. Provide training and support, advocate for data-driven decision making, and measure the impact of your initiatives;
  • Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving data landscape. Explore new technologies and trends to ensure your solutions remain innovative and relevant.

What you will need

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role like Product Owner, Digital Transformation, or Business Analytics;
  • Excellent data analysis skills. You can extract insights from data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions;
  • Strong organization and analytical skills, coupled with experience in product strategic planning;
  • Understanding of product design thinking and ability to create product wireframes is a plus;
  • Good understanding of data technologies and a strong foundation in statistical analysis, modeling, and visualization tools;
  • Keen business sense and ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive growth;
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including data scientists, analysts, developers, and business users.
