Senior Partnership Specialist, Fiza

Fiza - Zalo's fintech project, specializes in providing technical solutions for Banks and Financial Institutions, helping them apply the latest technology such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing Cloud Services, and Data Processing.

What you will do

  • Primary duty is to independently manage the relationship(s) with our key Lending Partners (Banks, Financial Institutions, Securities, Insurances, Fintechs) to generate revenue and deliver operational support. Constantly strive to widen and deepen the relationship with the partner;
  • Making Sales and Revenue Plan, try to maximize revenue from existing partners and also getting new Partners on board;
  • To be the one-point contact for all client service-related issues and shall liaise with other people concerned, working with internal team and partner to sort out any operational obstacles;
  • Handle Implement processes and technologies developed together with partners; Collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions to meet specific customer needs, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities;
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance/ Banking or related fields;
  • At least 3 years of experience in partnership management roles in Finance and Banking industry. B2B Sales/Account management candidate who serves Finance and Banking clients might also be a good fit;
  • Ability to manage projects and work effectively across internal and external stakeholders;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good command of English is highly preferred;

Account Manager, Adtima

We are seeking a dynamic talent, to identify new client prospects, build and deliver proposals, close deals and turn prospects into clients, and to manage ongoing relationships with these new clients.

This account management work involves not only understanding our clients’ goals and objectives and building lasting relationships, but also understanding our products, our market, and how we can bring solutions for the benefit of our clients.

What you will do

  • Proactively gain understandings of Adtima’s ecosystem (i.e. Zalo, Zing MP3, Zing TV, and Bao Moi) and its services;
  • Approach and liaise with new clients to discuss and learn their advertising needs, from which offer them applicable advertising packages via proposals;
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients on a regular basis to follow up and provide supports for ads performance optimisation;
  • Perform as a project manager to manage clients’ expectations while following up and ensuring projects being delivered on time at highest quality levels;
  • Work closely with Planning, Content, Creative, and Production teams to produce optimal solutions to clients’ needs and budget while achieving Adtima’s expected financial targets;
  • Perform data analysis and reports on performance efficiency, and suggest solutions to problems if any;
  • Support Account team to improve their performance and reach targets;
  • Develop excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business;
  • At least three-year experience with business development, sales, or account management, preferably in digital marketing field;
  • Experience managing large account portfolio;
  • Proven understanding of digital disciplines in relation to user experience, technology, and creative;
  • Demonstration of excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Game Business Development Specialist, Zalo

What you will do

  • Research, establish and maintain relationships with game developers and publishers in the Chinese market;
  • Research the Chinese game market, search for games and identify potential cooperation opportunities for the company;
  • Proactively approach and work with potential partners to seek opportunities for cooperation and buying/ selling game copyrights;
  • Support discussion and negotiation during the process of signing cooperation contracts with partners;
  • Update & monitor to ensure that the parties comply with contractual commitments;
  • In charge of receiving information, coordinating & interpreting with partners and related internal teams;
  • Support translating game-related information (including Chinese-Vietnamese, Vietnamese-Chinese) such as technical documents, website documents, email information & commercial contracts;
  • Other tasks as assigned by Line manager.

What you will need

  • At least 3 years of experience working in the field of business development and game copyright trading;
  • Have basic knowledge of the gaming industry and understand the Chinese gaming market;
  • Have Chinese communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) fluently;
  • Have basic English communication skills;
  • Communicate & Negotiate skillfully and flexibly;
  • Can be under high pressure at work.
