Product Operations Collaborator, Zalo OA (Part-time)

What you will do

• Review information & documents of account registration, articles's content;
• Check & ensure that the documents, content & images of the information on the system are correct;
• Respond to emails/ chats of customers on product guidances and features, issues (if any);
• Support writing articles on the website and internal materials.

What you will need

• Careful, hard-working, skillful;
• Ability to quickly handle operating activities on computers;
• Preference will be given to those who are flexible & have good writing skill sets;
• Preference will be given to final year students, major in economics/ finance;
• Preference will be given to those with experience in customer services.
