Work with cross-funtional team to identify, implement and roll out product growth initiatives;
Develop the strategies and tactics to capture the value of opportunities to accelerate customer acquisition, grow engagement, and increase usage frequency;
Build products which focus on acquisition, retention, and reengagement of users;
Develop and execute A/B Tests to further accelerate the growth of daily user interactions;
Use data to inform decisions around user growth;
Track funnel metrics to improve product improvement;
Drive innovation, definition, roadmap and design of entirely new experiences across the product.
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field;
4+ years of experience in product management or product marketing;
Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience in model building, testing and validation;
Strong data-driven and have keen eye of user insights/ user experience;
Experience working with a cross-functional team;
Ability to dive deep in understanding the product, business, and the competitive landscape;
