Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment;
Design and execute manual test cases to address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, error or bug retests, and usability;
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and bugs in early stages of the development cycle, optimizing performance and ensuring the reliability of the application;
Manage the final quality on production release and monitor the key metrics for product quality;
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment;
Stay current with the latest industry trends in mobile applications and test strategies;
Optional: Mentor a team size 2~3 members of QC team in executing test plans and strategies for multiple components of the Zalo Application, including front-end and back-end systems.
What you will need
At least 3-year experience in the testing field;
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures for software & system testing;
Experience in testing products in Mobile, Web App, Mobile App;
Ability to understand configuration and setup of equipment for testing and development;
Ability to make a test plan, test strategy and test cases with technical testing;
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Strong ownership in work;
Good time management;
Being a fast learner and eager to learn, research and improve your professional knowledge of QA/QC;
