Arrange and manage internal culture programs, including firm-wide employee engagement activities, leadership meeting, internal talk, …;
Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, vendors, agency and stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution;
Assist with all logistical aspects of events and the procurement of branding material and merchandise such as standee, leaflet, employee welcome kit, gift sets, …;
Oversee on-site event management to guarantee smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise;
Provide post-program/ event reports, including employee feedback and areas for improvement;
Assist with roll-out of Employee Engagement Survey, implementation of Assessment activities and further employee wellbeing initiatives;
Providing support events and other ad-hoc duties.
What you will need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resource Management, or related field from a reputable university;
Proven experience in planning and executing successful events;
Ability to effectively balance multiple simultaneous projects and priorities with tight timelines;
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team;
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
Interest in People related topics, e.g., employee experience, organizational culture, is a plus;
Occasional weekend and overnight work flexibility required.
