Senior Product Specialist, Zalo Notification Service (ZNS)

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the enhancement of the Zalo Cloud Account (ZCA), focusing on transforming it from an MVP stage to a full-featured SaaS platform with integrated Wallet-as-a-Service (WaaS) capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS product development, user experience design, and financial services integration. This role involves improving the existing ZCA portal functionalities, including top-up services, subscription management, and business messaging template creation, while also introducing innovative WaaS features to meet the evolving needs of our B2B customers.

What you will do

  • Enhancement of Top-Up Functionality: Introduce an auto-charge feature for top-ups, enabling businesses to seamlessly fund their accounts and use Zalo's B2B services without interruption;
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap Development: Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy to enhance the ZCA platform, ensuring it meets the needs of businesses effectively while providing an exceptional user experience;
  • User Experience Improvement: Overhaul the current MVP’s user interface and experience, making it more intuitive and user-friendly, thereby increasing engagement and satisfaction;
  • Performance Tracking and Analytics: Implement comprehensive tracking and analytics features to monitor user engagement, financial transactions, and service utilization, facilitating data-driven decision-making;
  • WaaS Integration: Spearhead the development and integration of Wallet-as-a-Service functionalities, allowing businesses to manage financial transactions within the ZCA efficiently;
  • Compliance and Security Oversight: Ensure the platform adheres to relevant financial regulations and data protection laws, maintaining the highest standards of security and privacy for users.

What you will need

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in SaaS and financial services platforms;
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies;
  • Experience with integrating financial services or developing Wallet-as-a-Service (WaaS) solutions;
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in performance tracking and analytics tools;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with B2B services and understanding the unique needs of business customers;
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to financial transactions and data security;
  • Technical background or experience closely working with software development teams.

Product Manager, Adtima

Product Manager is responsible for innovation project management, conducting or monitoring research to gain a deep understanding of the market & competitor status, thereby developing and initiating new competitive Advertising Product. With a strong business mindset, this role is in charge of the management of all lifecycle stages, from ideation to development, packaging for sale, and effectiveness reports.
We're looking for passionate individuals with a strong business mindset and an interest in the advertising industry - Adtima, to lead your team to thrive in bringing new product features to market and driving impactful results.

What you will do

New product research and development (50%)

  • Proactively gain an understanding of Adtima’s ecosystem (i.e., Zalo, Zing MP3, ZNews, and Báo Mới) and its services;
  • Manage and implement research activities on new trends and movements of the market as well as Adtima’s competitors;
  • High-level thinking, defining the strategy, conducting research, proposing initiative ideas, and driving end-to-end execution with partner teams;
  • Excel in cross-functional teamwork, collaborate with internal (BI, Operations Team to brainstorm and execute) and potentially external stakeholders (Sales, Planner, BD, technical team, other Products in the Zalo’s ecosystem, Product Director, BOD), gather and prioritize products, and ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met;
  • Understand and have up-to-date overview information of the digital advertising market and Adtima’s resources to spot opportunities for new ads products/solutions;

Product management and optimization (30%)

  • Make sure the timeline and process are on track and follow specs;
  • Follow up and brief the tech team for all requirements to be delivered on track;
  • Keep track of revenue & performance reports of new products weekly;

Management and leadership (20%)

  • Guide and train subordinates, assist with issues they may have;
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture;
  • Sets clear team targets, implement guidelines;
  • Ensure that all members understand the team's objectives and work together to achieve them.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related areas; or have prior relevant work experience in a related field;
  • At least 4 years of experience in the relevant role of Product management and optimization, experience in the Ads domain is a plus;
  • Have experience in leading a team (at least 10 10–15 members);
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery is a plus;
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and an excellent product mindset;
  • Be a digital innovator and challenge seeker;
  • Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
  • Demonstrate strong management skills, especially in task allocation and project tracking;
  • Highly resourceful, and adept at using data and anecdotal evidence to drive innovation.
