What you will do

• Approach and convince video content creator to join a Zalo video platform;
• Manage support groups for creatorsConsulting and answering questions about the platform;
• Receive, respond and handle creators' complaints;
• Monitor, control, and coordinate with related departments to promptly handle arising incidents;
• Summarize and make weekly/monthly/quarterly reports;
• Implement other tasks per required by line manager.

What you will need

• Just graduated from intermediate/ college/ university;
• Experience in managing social media community group (Facebook/TikTok/YouTube);
• Knowledge and use of social media trends;
• Proficient in the use of Office applications;
• Good communication, agile, hard working, eager to learn;
• Sociable and patient in work;Able to work on weekends.
