Business Development Lead, Zalo Shop

What you will do

  • Develop the strategy for seller growth and acquisition;
  • Guide the BD team to identify potential leads that would be a fit for Zalo Shops;
  • Build and nurture co-operative relationships with new and existing sellers;
  • Responsible for managing relationship with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding & incubation process, and providing professional consultations and recommendations to sellers based on their business needs;
  • Analyze data, reports and trends with the business development team;
  • Handle all other tasks given by the direct manager.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree, proven work experience in Account, Sales, Business Development or relevant roles;
  • Having market knowledge and networking in E-commerce Industry;
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation and communication skills;
  • Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills;
  • Great sense of responsibility and urgency;
  • Demonstration of willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and ability to work under pressure;
  • Good at English and MS Office.
